Tropical Garden
Area: 120 sqm
This design deeply integrates the elegant heritage of Mediterranean architecture with the lush vitality of tropical plants. Through the organic interplay of light, water, stone, and greenery, it shapes a private garden space defined by layered experiences and a harmonious balance of movement and tranquility.
The front courtyard accommodates the client's parking needs while responding to the architectural language of the off-white stone facade and classic arched windows. The interplay of lawn and diamond-shaped stone pathways, accented by trimmed spherical boxwood and purple lavender on both sides, creates a sense of arrival that evokes a contemporary Mediterranean atmosphere.
The backyard features a spacious terrace overlooking the river. A metal ornamental railing ensures safety without obstructing the exceptional view. Woven outdoor sofas complement the textured stone paving, establishing an ideal setting for afternoon tea or social gatherings.
The tropical courtyard utilizes a dense bamboo grove as a natural screen, paired with giant elephant ears, Monstera deliciosa, and fiddle-leaf figs to create a lush, multi-layered green composition. Natural stone is thoughtfully integrated with a rain chain and building drip edge. Water trickles down the chain into a natural stone basin, where the gentle sound of droplets dissolves the noise of the outside world. Lush ferns and groundcovers spread like a carpet, revealing a raw yet refined natural power.
The vintage wall lamps and backyard furniture are sourced from the Tribù website.
